whole bunch of Ong Choi (Kang Kung)
250 gmedium firm tofu
Chilli powder
salt
pepper
3 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspcanola oil / sunflower oil
1diced tomato
2diced green chillies
4 clovesgarlic sliced
1onion sliced/ diced

15-20 minutes

Wash Ong choi and cut in to medium size.

Dice Tofu to medium size.

Heat oil in a pan fry onion, garlic and tofu for 5-8 minutes.

Put Ong choi, tomato,soy sauce,salt,pepper, chillies,chilli powder.Cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
