  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • Salt
  • Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes into medium sizes,wash and drain the water

  2. 2

    Heat the oil until it's hot enough to deep fry

  3. 3

    Put the potatoes in portions into the oil and deep fry them till ready

  4. 4

    Repeat the same for others making sure the oil is drained well

  5. 5

    Serve,sprinkle some salt and enjoy
