Curried sausages
Using leftover sausages from last night’s BBQ
Steps

Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic, stir until fragrant.

Add Carrots and Onion, cook and stir until both are soft
- 3
Add curry powder, stir for 20-30 seconds
- 4
Add chutney, stock and sausages. Cover the lid and turn the heat on to high, bring to boil.
- 5
Once boil. Reduce the heat to low add corn starch and peas
- 6
Serve with rice and sprinkle with parsley
- 7
