Whosayna’s Spinach and Cabbage Pakoras

Keep a wok on flame pour oil for deep frying.
Take a big bowl and mix all ingredients with water to make batter (not watery or dry) easy to scoop with hand and put in the wok.
Fry to golden brown colour, crisped up pakoras.
Remove on strainer then lay on platter.
Serve with imli and hot chutneys
