Steps

Wash mooth daal and boil it. Drain the the water.

Take a bowl and add all ingredients in it except oil, and gram flour. Mix all well.

Now add gram flour and mix well, add water to make smooth batter.

Now heat a tawa and sprinkle some oil on it and spread some batter on tawa and fry it from both sides with required oil.

Now cut the cheela in different shapes and serve with tomato sauce.
