In a bowl,cream your butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy and whitish

Stir in the beaten eggs

In a seperate bowl,pour the slightly pounded groundnuts,flour,Baking powder,powdered milk and sugar.mix well.

Pour the dry mixture into the former and form into a soft dough.

Cut out in balls and roll,using your biscuit cutter,cut into various shapes as you desire.

Grease your pan,and bake on low heat.Feel free to deep fry also but be sure to move out your batches as fast as you can.

For the topping,using a toothpick, dip your red food coloring into the white chocolate and create a blast over your cookies
