In a mixing bowl add sugar powder and oil, beat it till fluffy,

Then add curd,orange zest, and orange juice and mix well.

Then add sieved maida baking powder, baking soda and mix well

Make ribbon consistency batter

Pour this batter in greased tin, tap twice

In a pressure cooker put stand and cover lid without ring and whistle for 10 min.

Then put tin in it and bake on medium to low flame for 30-35 min.

Then cool it completely and demould it

Make 2 slices from it, soak both slices with orange juice

Apply whipped cream layar on one slice and put another slice on it,and cover whole cake with cream

Now add orange emulsion in rest of cream, and mix well

In piping bag add star nozzle and orange cream, and make flowers on whole cake and garnish with sweet balls and coloured vermicelli. Chilled it and serve it.
