Steps

Wash rice thoroughly until the water becomes very clear, put in a colander to drain water from the rice

Heat butter and little veg. Oil and add rice, stir until light brown rice is achieved.

In another put add the remaining veg oil, add sliced onions, crushed garlic and chopped celery stalk and leaves then sauté.

Add the tomatoes paste and stir until for fried and the chicken stock, crayfish, chilli pepper, cube cover the pot and bring to boil
- 5
Add rice brown buttered rice, cover the pot with foil paper, so that the steam will cook the rice. Check to see if it done and bring down from heat.

Enjoy with grilled chicken wings and cold soft drink.
