In small bowl, whisk together oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla.

Add flour, sugar, cocoa, and whisk to combine.

Place half the candy in the bottom of the mug. Pour 1/4 cup batter over. Place other half of candy. Pour 1/4 cup batter over.

Microwave on high 90 seconds. Cake should be fluffy and bounce back.

Repeat for second mug.
