  • 2 lbsground beef
  • 6 stripsbacon
  • 2medium onions, chopped
  • 1large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1large yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 clovesminced garlic
  • 28 ozdiced tomatoes (no salt)
  • 8 ozcan tomato paste
  • 1 cupcoffee (or beef broth)
  • 3 Tchili powder
  • 2 Tcumin
  • 1 Toregano
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 Tcinnamon
  • 1 Tnutmeg
  • Cayenne
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tcoconut oil

Steps

120 mins
  1. 1

    Set stove to medium temp

  2. 2

    Chop everything down

  3. 3

    Sweat vegetables

  4. 4

    Add bacon.

  5. 5

    Allow bacon to cook until 3/4 done

  6. 6

    Add all other ingredients including spices

  7. 7

    Let simmer covered on medium low temp for 2 hours
