First of all pre-heat the oven at 180°C for 10mins. Now grease the cake tin with oil & butter paper. Now take a bowl add all the wet ingredients oil, milk, vanilla essence & mix well. Now take another bowl & sieve all the dry ingredients flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, coffee powder & milk powder. Now mix all the dry ingredients with the wet ingredient & mixed well & make a nyc fluffy better.

Now pour the better in the cake tin & put it into the pre-heated oven for atleast 20- 30 mins or till the cake cooked completely from inside as well.

After 20- 30 mins take out the cake from the oven & let the cake cools down completely. For sugar syrup take half cup warm water, 3 tsp sugar and half tsp coffee & mix well.

Now take a bowl add 1 cup chilled heavy whipped cream & beat it with a electric beater at medium to high speed for 3-5 mins. When you see soft peak add the icing sugar & vanilla essence & again beat the cream for 2-3 mins or till the cream whipped completely.

Now cut the cake into 3 equal slices. Add some whipped cream on the cake board put the first layer of cake add sugar syrup, whipped cream, again add the 2nd layer of cake, sugar syrup, whipped cream.. At last add the last layer of cake, add sugar syrup, whipped cream. Now coat the cake nicely with whipped cream & keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 30 mins.

Now garnish the chilled cake with grated chocolates & cherries. Enjoy tasty eggless chocolate & coffee cake 😋😋😊
