Boil chicken with diced onion,salt,seasoning.heat up vegetable oil and fry the chicken.dice the cabbage,carrots and cucumber then add mayonnise and stir.

Parboil rice rinse and keep aside..fry curry,Garlic,onion,salt,fried rice spices,then the parboiled rice stir inside and pour in the chicken stock cover after 5minutes add green beans,diced carrots still leave it on the heat for about 3minutes for the carrots to soften a bit.
