Take a plate grated paneer and mashed boiled potatoes and cornflour then add salt,black pepper ab mix it well.

Make a lemon size ball from the dough and the flatten the ball and place chopped cashews raisins in the middle and again make ball.

Now deep fry the balls on medium flame.

Now for white gravy Take a jar add onion,cashews, khuskhus, green chilli and grind them.

Take a wok heat oil add cloves, elachi, tej patta to it then add white gravy and stir continously as the gravy leaves oil in the side of it after that add cream and mix well for 2 min.

Then add yogurt and mix well then add salt and required wAter.

Then let it cook for one min.

At last add all koftas to it and at and crushed kasturi methi and mix well.

Add butter,cream and garnish with,cherry, dry fruits.

Ready to serve.
