Wash twice poha and drain water and keep aside. Heat the pan add oil add cumin seeds, green peas, onion, ginger garlic paste saute till turns golden brown add turmeric powder, beans, carrot, potatoes cook for 2 minutes add sweet Corn, baby corn, cauliflower, Capsicum cook for 2 minutes if need add little water to make vegetable cook soft then add salt, Chilli powder, garam masala, sugar mix well.

Add soaked poha to vegetable Masala mix properly and cook for 2 minutes again mix well and Cook for 2 minutes then turn off. Vegetable poha Pulav ready to Serve. Enjoy poha Pulav with Curd. Very quick easy breakfast recipe.
