Wash & cut the zucchini in small pieces. Don't peel the outer layer.

Heat olive oil in a pan or kadahi..

Put all veggies & ingredients in it.Mix them well.No need to add water.

Cook on the low flame till all the veggies become soft.

Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapati or as a side dish
