Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlOats
  2. 1 cupButtermilk
  3. 1 tablespoonCrushed peanuts
  4. 1/2 bowlGrated carrot
  5. to tasteSalt,Pepper
  6. ghee as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl of oats and roast them dry in a pan

    A picture of step 1 of Oat chilla /pancakes.
  2. 2

    Now grind the oats in a blender. And graduallly add buttermilk into in, to make a thick batter

  3. 3

    Now take out the batter in a bowl and mix carrot, peanuts, salt pepper into it.

  4. 4

    Apply ghee in a pan and spread the pancake batter into the pan, cover and cook frm both sides well. The delicious pancake is ready to serve.
