Ingredients

  1. 4eggplants
  2. 4thick chopped onions
  3. 4big chopped tomatoes
  4. Peas estimated
  5. 2green chilli
  6. Ginger garlic estimated but thin chopped
  7. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  8. 2 tablespoonssalt
  9. 1 tablespoondeggie mirch pr red chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespoonchaat masala
  11. 1 tablespoonkitchen king
  12. Halftablespoon black pepper powder
  13. 1 tablespoonturmeric

Cooking Instructions

    First peel and chop the eggplant and boil them in cooker with three or four whistles

  2. 2

    Now at other side first roast in dry pan

  3. 3

    Now keep separate all the spices and in same pan put sunflower oil

  4. 4

    Let it make properly hot and add cumin seeds

  5. 5

    Add garlic and ginger and green chilli

  6. 6

    Roast the cumin seeds and add chopped onion roast them also but not too much just make them dry and golden

  7. 7

    Add tomatoes and all the spices simmer them gently and at very low heat let it roast at least for 15 to 20 minutes

    Now add peas and boiled eggplant

  9. 9

    Let mix them with masala gently and keep at low flame for 20 to 25 minutes

  10. 10

    Garnish with coriander leaves

    Yummy boiled mashed eggplants dish is ready to enjoy
