2 serving
  1. 1/2 cupboiled ndengu kamande
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1/4 cupshredded beet root
  4. 1/2 cupshredded spinach whole
  5. 1/4 cupshredded carrots
  6. 2 cupcut lady fingers
  7. 1/2 cupcut broccoli
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper
  9. to tasteRock Salt
  10. 2 tbspcoconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all your vegetables in a pan, add a little water and stem for 10 minutes as you stir.

    Add in your kamande, black pepper, coconut oil and salt.

    Serve with avocado.
