Mushroom Spinach Toast

I personally love this mushroom-spinach combo and have tried this in so many of my dishes. I always want to eat them as both are highly nutritive, low in calories, great sauce of fiber and protein.
Today I have got this yummy and super healthy toast for you guys. When I started making this toast, my mom said it won't taste good. And when I finally prepared it, she was the first one to taste it and compliment that it's unexpectedly tasty. Woohoo! This is all I ever wanna hear about the food I cook (makes me kind of super happy ) but that doesn't mean I hate criticism because it's equally important for the improvement.
This recipe can be prepared in minutes and enjoyed on your busy mornings. But yes, please do not forget or skip the step of layering your bread slice with curd mixture. It actually enhances the flavour of complete toast.

Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan, add garlic+ cumin and sauté until seeds crackle.

Now add mushroom and stir for 2 mins.

Add spinach and cook until spinach wilts.

Add salt, pepper and red chilli powder and mix well. Now keep this spread aside.

Take a bowl, add curd, coriander chutney, pinch of salt and flax seeds powder,mix well and keep aside.

Toast bread from both sides.

First apply half of curd mixture on one toast followed by half of mushroom mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds.

Do the same for another toast This yields 2 toast.
