Take the oats, semolina, carrots, onions, ginger, green chilli, coconut, curry leaves and coriander in a bowl.

Add eno, curd, salt, mix everything well.

Sprinkle some water (if needed) and turn everything as a dough.

Now make medium dumplings, arrange them on a greased idli plate and steam them for 15 mins or till they are cooked.
Serve hot with chutney
