Cooking Instructions

Remove the grapes from their stems.
Wash the grapes. Put all the grapes in a colander and wash them in warm water.I have used seeded grapes.
Mash the grapes using fingers.
Now separate the peel and inner pulpy texture. - 2
Take the peel in a bowl,add water and mash well with fingers to extract juice from the peel.

Throw away the peel after extracting juice.Take the pulpy texture and remove seeds from it.Add some water to the deseeded pulp and mash it once.Now add the pulpy texture to juice from peel.Add some water if required as per the consistency.

Now add vanilla essence 5-6drops and powdered sugar to it as per your taste and mix it well.

Keep it in refrigerator for an hour.
Now take a serving glass.
Take sugar powder add drops of lemon juice and make a thick paste.
Roll the top of glass into sugar mixture and let it dry for a minute or two.
Now pour the chilled juice and serve it.
Enjoy chewing the pulp while sipping the juice🍇🍹😋

I remembered that I had left off last year searching for that perfect jello consistency using 100% grape juice. I finished my experimentation recently, and came up with this recipe.・By blanching the grapes, it will be far easier to peel them and the grapes will be prettier.・When using grapes with seeds, cut the grapes in halves and remove the seeds.・The jello is very soft, so it will not set in a short amount of time.
