  7. Chia seeds 2tbsn
  8. Home made Apple cider vinegar
  9. 1tbsn honey

    Stem then with 1/8 cup of water.

    Serve with your boiled eggs, sprinkle chia seeds and add your vinegar and honey.

    Put all your vegetables in a pan
