Marinate chicken parts for 2-4 hours.

Chop all veggies. And coat on chicken parts.

Heat pan with olive oil and sear all chicken parts.

Season add little stock and lower heat.

Cook both sides for equal amount of time. Baste towards the end so that chicken parts remain moist and tender. Allow to cool. Serve
