Ingredients

  • 100 gramsmukunuwenna
  • 100 gramsgrated coconut
  • 1small onion
  • 1green chillie
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonmusterd seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonoil
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut mukunuwenna into thin slices. And put in to a large bowl.

    And add onion, chillies, salt, turmeric and grated coconut. Mix well.

    Heat sauce pan. Add oil and mustard seed then add the mixer. Cook for 2 minutes. Serves hot with rice.
