Boil the green peas with pinch of salt.

In mixer grinder add boiled peas and little bit water and make a smooth paste.

Heat ghee in a pan add green peas paste and stir continuously.

Minimum 15-20 minutes stir continuously and then add khoya and mix.

Add sugar and mix and add cardamom powder and mix.

Take a container grease with ghee and put it.

Garnish with chopped almond and keep it at least 2-3 hour in refrigerator.

After 2-3 hour the halwa become complete then cut it and make a burfi shape and serve.
