2boiled eggs
1potato sliced
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tbspmustard seeds paste
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
2Slitted green chillies

Steps

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and eggs

Remove it and temper cumin seed red chilli and bay leaf

Add onion and ginger garlic paste saute well
4

Add red chilli Powder and tomato mix well
5

Add mustard paste and saute
6

Add egg and Potatoes mix well
7

Add sugar and slitted green chillies
8

Serve it with rice
