Steps

Take Avocado wash it and peel the avocado outer part and take out the pulp then mash the avocado using fork or smasher

Add salt,jeera,Coriander leaves,ajwain seeds,red chilli powder,green chilli and lemon juice

Then lastly add wheat flour to the mixture,oil and water to prepare paratha Dough softly as shown in the below figure

Keep the dough for few minutes then start prepare to roll the paratha using wheat flour for dusting process

Another side Heat pan then put the rolled paratha as shown in the figure below and when bubbles comes flip the paratha on other side

At last add oil as per your taste then it's ready to eat with curd
