Steps

Wash (with lemon) and cut the chicken

Marinate the chicken with seasoning cube blackpepper Worcestershire sauce ginger garlic ketchup and grated onion

Grate the chillies remaining ginger onions and set aside

In a pot add the marinated chicken, oil, seasoning cube, onion and boil till it’s soft drain and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken and set aside

Now in the same pan add the grated chillies ginger garlic toasted nutmeg ketchup and the remaining stock(1cup) and allow it to simmer. Add the chicken and toast till it’s well incorporated

Now add the chopped mint and parsley cover the pan and allow it to simmer for three more minutes.
