Soak the almonds overnight in cold water and then grind it till thick paste.

In a pan put little ghee and roast the almond paste and add 2 table spoon sugar and fry it till it has a smooth texture and consistency

Now roast the nuts (whatever you have). Now cut the dark chocolate in small pieces and melt it in whatever way your comfortable with.

Take up the almond paste and shape it in a round and fill the nuts in it.

Coat the melted chocolate into that almond paste and freeze for 4hours. Once it is done store it in a cold place
- 6
Sprinkle the sprinklers on the top of the freezed chocolate and the mandeln chocolate is ready.
