Ingredients

  • Cucumber seeds you have. I used seeds from 4 cucumbers
  • 2oranges, peeled and seeded
  • Low-calorie sweetener, to taste
  • 1 teaspoonactivated chia seeds
  • Water

Steps

    Fill the blender with water up to 3/4 full and blend.

    Blend well because it will not be strained.

    I used the centers of cucumbers from other salads I had made and stored them in a bag in the freezer. This way, when I make the drink, it's always very cold.

    Activate the chia seeds by soaking them in water for about 10 minutes. Do not use the soaking water.

  5. 5

    Pour the smoothie into a pitcher, and if you want or if it's too thick, add water. I like it thick; it tastes delicious.
