Cucumber, Orange, and Chia Smoothie

It's delightful to have nutritious and fresh drinks for the day. You can even make popsicles with them if it's hot. Or simply fill your ice molds, freeze them, and add them to your cold water.
Cucumber, Orange, and Chia Smoothie
It's delightful to have nutritious and fresh drinks for the day. You can even make popsicles with them if it's hot. Or simply fill your ice molds, freeze them, and add them to your cold water.
Steps
- 1
Fill the blender with water up to 3/4 full and blend.
- 2
Blend well because it will not be strained.
- 3
I used the centers of cucumbers from other salads I had made and stored them in a bag in the freezer. This way, when I make the drink, it's always very cold.
- 4
Activate the chia seeds by soaking them in water for about 10 minutes. Do not use the soaking water.
- 5
Pour the smoothie into a pitcher, and if you want or if it's too thick, add water. I like it thick; it tastes delicious.
