  • 2 kggrated carrot
  • 100 gmkhoya
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast carrot in one tbsp ghee then cooked in pressure cooker or cook it on high flame without lid.

    Add khoya and sugar to tasted

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    Carrot halva is ready.
