Knead a soft dough with flour

Now take methi leaves and add powder masalas,salt and sugar mix well

Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Put the methi leaves mix in the middle,roll again

Heat ghee in a pan add the paratha and fry

Serve it with curd and chutney
