Ingredients

1 cuplentils soaked(dengu)
1 cupfreshly chopped parsley
1large onion chopped
1 tbspginger-garlic paste
to tasteSalt
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspblack pepper
Enough oil for deep frying

Steps

Soak the lentils over night.

Put all the ingredients into your blender or food processor, beginning with the lighter ingredients and ending with the lentils.

Pulse until smooth.

Heat oil, then using a spoon, scoop and fry.

Serve and enjoy with chutney
