Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsgreen matar
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 spoonschopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 spoonschopped ginger garlic
  • As per tasteSalt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder
  • 2 spoonsbesan for binding
  • 2-3 spoonsoil to fry kabab

Steps

  1. 1

    Coursely grind Green peas, mix all dry masala, besan, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic mix well.

    Make kababs out of them.

    In a pan fry them with 2 spoons oil, till golden brown from both sides.

    Serve with Your favourite chutney.
