Grind broccoli to make a fine paste.

Add broccoli, semolina, curd,salt,oil,soda bi carb, haldi and water.make a semi thick paste.

Add eno to the paste. Mix immediately and pour in greased microwave safe dish and bake for 4.5 min.check with clean knife.

Make tadka by adding oil add rai,green chilli and water to it.add salt,sugar and lemon juice. Keep cool.pour on sliced dhokla.

Garnish with chopped coriander. Chill and serve
