Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssauerkraut
  2. 1-1/2 cupsporksteak
  3. To tastesalt
  4. To tasteground black pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil with the black pepper

    Slice the porksteak into strips. Add the salt. Fry in the pan till the fat is rendered and the pork is crispy. Drain most of the drippe, and continue to fry the porksteak till crispy.

    Add the sauerkraut. Let the liquids reduce.
