  4. 1/4 cupbacon grease
  5. 1 cupchopped scallions
  6. 3 tbspminced garlic
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper

    Boil potatoes skin on if you wish

    Sauté garlic and scallions just a few minutes to rid them of the raw taste

    Mash potatoes and mix all ingredients
