Ingredients

45 mins
8 servings
  • 1 lbground turkey
  • 2/3 cupwhole oats
  • 1/2 cupminced celery
  • 1/2 cupminced sweet onion
  • 1/2 cupminced carrot
  • 1 1/2 tbspItalian seasoning
  • 8 ozketchup
  • 8 ozmustard
  • 2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cupchopped bacon cooked

Steps

  1. 1

    To make sauce:
    Combine ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until smooth and homogenous

  2. 2

    Combine rest of ingredients except bacon. Combine until all ingredients are well integrated

  3. 3

    Place meat mixture into greased loaf pan. Top with bacon, pour on sauce

  4. 4

    Bake 45 minutes at 350
