1 lbground turkey
2/3 cupwhole oats
1/2 cupminced celery
1/2 cupminced sweet onion
1/2 cupminced carrot
1 1/2 tbspItalian seasoning
8 ozketchup
8 ozmustard
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 cupchopped bacon cooked

To make sauce:
Combine ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until smooth and homogenous

Combine rest of ingredients except bacon. Combine until all ingredients are well integrated

Place meat mixture into greased loaf pan. Top with bacon, pour on sauce

Bake 45 minutes at 350
