Heat a kadai add in oil, on medium flame, add in jeera, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and bay leaf, saute for a minutes.

Now add in chopped potatoes and peas, cover and cook until the potatoes are tender about 15minutes,

Now add a tomato puree, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt into the vegetables mixture and continue cooking about 10 minutes,

Now cooed aalu matar add in coriander leave. and ready to serve.
