This is a mild spicy and creamy recipe which goes great with rice,naan or any Indian flat bread.The aroma of coriander and fenugreek leaves with a little sourness of lemon juice and chat masala leaves a tingling sensation in the mouth.

Marinate chicken with lemon juice,salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.Make a paste of cashewnuts, sesame, 2 green chillies,curd,onion and 2 tbsp chopped coriander.

Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces golden brown.Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and add the ground paste.Also add ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.Toss for sometime and add the chicken.Toss again.Add a cup of water and cook on low flame till done.Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk and sprinkle on top.Add 1 tsp black pepper,crushed kasoori methi and chaat masala and toss.Garnish with green chillies and chopped coriander.
