Ingredients

  • 200 gmbaby Potatoes boiled
  • 1 cuppeas boiled
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tsproasted masala powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Now add ginger paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add tomato and saute well till it is soft and moist

  6. 6

    Add sugar and roasted masala powder and serve with plain chapati
