Steps

Wash hands, in a bowl mix flour baking powder and salt

Add unsalted butter 500g mix till makes crumbs

Add 4 eggs and mix well add warm water mix then remove from the bowl and place on a table to knead,continue kneading till all the ingredients mix well together put it back in the bowl and set aside

Cut the potatoes,carrots and onion into small cubes.

Add a little oil in a pan and add the onion after like 2 min add scotch bonnet then add minced meat and live to cook for like 5 min.

Add potatoes into d meat followed by carrots and seasonings allow to cook.

Use rolling pin to roll out d dough and place the dough on a meat pie cutter put one spoon of stocking and cut.

Bake under 180°c for 10 min
