Yummy Vegetable soup/Stew

Washed my hands before i started my preparations (very important)

Wash the goat meat with salt and enough water. Put in a medium size pot, one knor cube, a little onion and salt, add little water and bring to a boil.

Soak the stock fish with water and salt. Wash and chop the veggies with salt. Blend the crayfish, iru and pepper and set aside.

When the meat is tender with little stock remaining in the pot, add the pepper, iru crayfish mix, allow to boil for like 3mins checking the water to avoid burning.

Add the chopped water leaves, and pour the red oil in immediately and give a stir.. Allow to boil for 10-15mins

Taste for salt at this point and adjust your ingredients if need be.

Pour in the pumpkin leaves and stir properly. Bring to a boil for 10min(make sure you don't over cook it to retain that greenish color).

Your yummy vegetable soup is ready. You can match it with any swallow of your choice or white rice..
