Spicy dry notun aloo matar (without onion and garlic)

Boil the baby potatoes with little bit of salt.

Peel them and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add sugar in it. When it caramelize then add cumin seeds in it.

When they crackle then add the chopped green chilli along with the curry leaves and then add the baby potatoes and green peas in it.

Add salt and all the spices in it and mix it well and cover it and cook it for 6-7 minute.

Then your spicy dry notun aloo matar is ready. Serve hot with pooris.
