1onion chopped
250 gmbaby Potatoes
1 cuppeas boiled
1tomato chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tbspcumin powder
1red chilli whole
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli
2

Add onion chopped and saute well
3

Add Potatoes and saute adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add ginger paste and cumin powder mix well
5

Add red chilli Powder and peas
6

Add tomato and stir well adding sugar
7

Serve it with rice or chapati
