Ingredients

2 servings

3 TBSP.Butter
1small Onion chopped
1 TBSP.minced Garlic
1 CupChicken Broth
1 lb.Kielbasa sliced
1small Bell Pepper chopped
1small head of Cabbage quartered

Steps

Stir fry onions, garlic, and bell pepper in butter.

Add chicken broth to stir fry mix.

In separate pan, stir-fry Kielbasa till browned.

Add stirfry, chicken broth, and Kielbasa to crockpot.

Add cabbage quarters to crockpot. Cook on high until cabbage is done to your liking. (Approximately 2.5 hours)

I add carrots and potatos. I don't use garlic or bell pepper. We add a little butter on top. My family and friends love this.
