Cooking Instructions

Add evoo, onion, mushroom, and jalapeno to a lg fry pan. Saute until lightly browned
- 2
Mix meat, seasonings, sauces, vinegar, sauteed veggies, and egg in a large bowl
- 3
Mix meat well. Make into 1/2 lb pattys. Mix the two shredded cheeses. Divide and place on patties. Form into a stuffed meatball
- 4
Place meatballs in a baking pan. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
- 5
Spoon cheese sauce over top off meatballs. Sprinkle any remaining cheese over the top. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until done.
