Ingredients

  1. 1brinjal sliced
  2. 1/2 cupgram flour
  3. To tastesalt and sugar
  4. As neededoil and cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Matinate the brinjals with salt and sugar

    Now prepare a batter with gram flour salt sugar and chilli Powder.

  3. 3

    Coat the brinjals with the paste.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry well. Garnish with grated cheese.

  5. 5

    Serve it with coffee,tea or even with the main course.
