Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspmustard oil
  • To tastesalt and green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and add the rice and egg

  2. 2

    As the rice gets soft switch off and drain the water away

  3. 3

    Peel the egg shell off and serve it with rice

  4. 4

    Serve it hot with raw mustard oil and green chilli
