I made two types of pancakes; plain & chocolate pancakes. It was so nice together with the pink lemonade.

I made two types of pancakes; plain & chocolate pancakes. It was so nice together with the pink lemonade.
Cooking Instructions

Set all ingredients required to prepare the pancakes

Put the flour in a bowl, add the milk and sugar and baking powder. Mix together.

Add water and mix together the dry ingredients, add the eggs and continue mixing until all slightly thick paste is formed.

Add vanilla flavour to the mixture, mix again until fully incorporated.

Separate the mixture in two bowls....The plain pancake mixture.

In the other bowl, add some drops of browning which will serve as the chocolate and mix well. The chocolate pancake mixture.

The plain and chocolate pancake mixtures.

Fry the pancakes flat and round in a frying pan greased with veg oil. Flip both sides while frying until both sides are well fried. Your pancakes are ready!

For the lemonade, squeeze out lemon juice, filter to remove seeds. Pour in a cup, add 3 cups water as required, add 3tbsp of sugar, add pink food colour, stir until sugar dissolves. Your pink lemonade is ready.
